SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing & Fulfillment Time

Silverstone Comics is an independent, creator-run shop. Because we are a small operation and travel from time to time for events or creative projects, orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days of purchase. Thank you for your patience and for supporting independent comics!

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times

All items are shipped from Sweden, primarily utilizing PostNord. Once your order leaves our hands, estimated delivery times are generally as follows:
• Sweden (Domestic): 2–5 business days
• European Union (EU): 4–10 business days
• Rest of the World (International): 10–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates only. International shipments may experience additional transit times or customs delays depending on local postal services.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Silverstone Comics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) for deliveries outside the European Union.

4. Damages & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if it appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to me at hello@kennethlarsen.se. Since we are a small shop, please allow a few days for us to review your message and help arrange a replacement or solution for you!
